Queen’s Roger Taylor releases I See You Now, a love song dedicated to his wife
Queen drummer Roger Taylor has released I See You Now, the second single from his forthcoming solo album, Violence Insane In A Beautiful World. Taylor describes the reflective track as a love song for his wife, exploring how a relationship deepens as two people come to understand each other more fully.
The single follows June’s Come On Summer (It’s Party Time), which featured South Africa’s Ndlovu Youth Choir. Violence Insane In A Beautiful World will be Taylor’s seventh solo album, and the new song’s video was made with his longtime collaborator Simon Lupton, who has worked on Queen-related video projects.

Roger Taylor is best known as the drummer in Queen, the British rock band formed in London in 1970. Alongside playing drums, he has written and sung on several Queen songs, and has pursued solo work throughout the band’s career.
