Rachel Chinouriri Announces New Album ‘I think I spoke too soon’
Rachel Chinouriri has announced her second album, 'I think I spoke too soon', due for release on 16th October. The British singer-songwriter has become a leading figure in a wave of Black British female pop talent, following her debut album 'What A Devastating Turn Of Events', which earned two BRIT Award nominations.
The new record is described as therapeutic and centred on personal revelation, with Chinouriri saying her core message is that people can change and forgive themselves at any moment. It arrives alongside a new single, 'One song away from crying', accompanied by a video shot by Dora Paphides, in which she explores self-doubt and internal conflict beneath outward confidence.
