Rachel Chinouriri Is ‘One Song Away From Crying’ and Just Weeks Away From Her New Album
British singer-songwriter Rachel Chinouriri has announced her second studio album, "I Think I Spoke Too Soon," due for release on 16 October. The news arrives alongside her new single "One Song Away From Crying," which she describes as capturing the moment on a night out when someone knows they should leave but hesitates, reflecting a deeper internal conflict about self-worth.
The album follows her acclaimed debut "What a Devastating Turn of Events" and her 2025 EP "Little House," and marks a shift from emotional excavation towards themes of self-forgiveness and healing. Chinouriri said her core belief is that people can change and forgive themselves at any moment, and that this process underpins the new record. In the run-up to the release, she will play intimate shows in cities including London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, Sydney and Melbourne.
