Independent US distributor Bleecker Street has acquired the American rights to "NDA", a psychological thriller led by Golden Globe winner Rachel Zegler and co-starring Penn Badgley and Oscar nominee Amy Ryan. The film, now in production in New York, marks the feature directorial debut of Audrey Ellis Fox, whose original screenplay appeared on the 2024 Black List. The deal signals continued momentum for Zegler and a notable launch for a first-time feature director working with an established cast.

Zegler plays Dana, a woman enduring a fraught day of mediation over an office harassment claim she has filed, weighing "the price of her silence, sanity, and the truth" against a looming deadline. The project is produced by teams including Mighty Engine, SNOOT, Tanbark Pictures and In The Cut Productions, with Bleecker Street CEO Kent Sanderson among the executive producers. Ellis Fox is an accomplished commercial director for brands such as Nike and Netflix, while the cast bring credits spanning "West Side Story", "Evita", the Netflix series "You" and "Only Murders in the Building".
