Randy Rainbow Quotes Jay-Z’s ’99 Problems’ in RFK Jr.-Roasting New Song Parody: ‘The Worms in His Brain Clearly Drove Him Insane’

Comedian and singer Randy Rainbow has released a song parody mocking US health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Donald Trump’s Make America Healthy Again movement. The video uses a “99 Problems” reference before turning a fictional news broadcast into a performance criticising the administration’s public health policies and healthcare legislation.

Rainbow sets new lyrics to “Adelaide’s Lament” from *Guys and Dolls*, targeting Kennedy’s anti-vaccine stance, interest in peptides and positions on Tylenol and fluoride. The parody also refers to his wife, Cheryl Hines, and repeats a refrain about the country “develop[ing] a cold”. Rainbow has previously made Kennedy a target and is continuing his political satire ahead of the 2026 US midterm elections.
