Simon Robson will leave Warner Music Group in December after nearly 30 years with the company. His departure forms part of a wider recorded-music leadership reshuffle, and marks the end of a career spanning senior roles across Asia-Pacific, the UK and Europe.
Robson joined WMG in 1998 as Asia-Pacific finance director and later became COO and CFO of Warner Music UK, President of Warner Music Asia-Pacific, and President, International, Recorded Music. He has led EMEA since a 2024 restructure, while CEO Robert Kyncl praised his contribution to international growth, artist development and cross-border collaboration.
