Rush is reportedly in talks to secure a residency at the Las Vegas Sphere, according to The Sun's Bizarre column, with a deal potentially signed within weeks. The move would see the Canadian rock band join the growing roster of acts to headline the technologically advanced 17,600-capacity venue, following residencies from U2, Phish, Dead & Company and the Eagles, and would capitalise on the huge demand the band has shown throughout North America during its current tour.

A source told The Sun that Rush's history and enormous North American following make them an attractive act for Sphere bosses, and that negotiations have been ongoing quietly for some time. Separately, radio host Eddie Trunk reportedly said on SiriusXM that the residency was a "done deal", expected to comprise 16 to 18 shows next year. The report comes as Rush's "Fifty Something" tour, featuring Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson alongside new members Anika Nilles and Loren Gold, has expanded to 58 shows across 24 cities with more than half a million tickets sold, ahead of planned European and South American dates in early 2027.
