Resolve have announced their new album, "Spread My Ashes Into Space," due for release on 15 January via Arising Empire, and have released the title track alongside the news. The announcement marks a significant new chapter for the band, coinciding with their tenth anniversary, and is accompanied by an extensive statement from vocalist Anthony Diliberto reflecting on themes of authenticity, disillusionment and inward searching that shape the record.

Diliberto described the album as a response to feeling alienated by a world that prioritises appearances and superficiality over substance, framing it as both an outward reflection on society and an inward journey into personal trauma. The title track itself explores the concept of reaching a breaking point, using the idea of "space" as a metaphor for silence and escape from overwhelming pressures, though Diliberto stressed the song should be read as hopeful rather than as a dark surrender.
