Eason alleges the incident began after he drove the woman home at her mother’s request, following which they argued. He says she later went to his Airbnb and ruined designer clothes worth about $92,000, while an associate allegedly threatened to break his legs and kill him; Eason is seeking protection from contact near his home, vehicle, workplace and California arenas. The 25-year-old, selected 17th overall in the 2022 NBA Draft, has averaged 10.4 points and 6.3 rebounds during his career.
