Officials said 13 American citizens have reached safety in Nepal, while 22 of the missing were part of a pilgrimage linked to a Tennessee-based nonprofit, caught inside an immigration building when the floodwaters hit. Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported over 10,000 people rescued, including more than 323 foreign nationals, with about 590 foreigners from 39 countries still missing.
