Rush’s 4-show Madison Square Garden run is underway (night 2 pics, video, setlist)
Rush played the second of four scheduled Madison Square Garden concerts on 30 July as part of its Fifty Something tour. The show marked the continuation of the band’s New York residency, with the article presenting photographs, audience video and the night’s setlist.
The performance included songs spanning Rush’s career, from “Xanadu”, “The Spirit of Radio” and “Subdivisions” to “Tom Sawyer” and “Working Man”. Its second set featured all seven parts of “2112”, while the concert also included two Neil Peart tribute collages and an encore of “Finding My Way” and “Working Man”; the remaining MSG dates were 1 and 3 August.
