Folk-rock duo Sam and Louise Sullivan have released "Love & Devotion", the title track and latest single from their forthcoming record of the same name. The song follows last month's lead single "Down On Love" and continues the pair's nostalgic, 1960s-inflected style, marking another step in the build-up to the album's release.

Sam Sullivan described the track as the duo's "folk-rock wedding song", pushing back against the idea that love has to be difficult and arguing instead that it should be "easy and very fun". He said they aimed to sound as though Kool and the Gang were being performed by a band that usually plays contradances and hoedowns. The album Love & Devotion is due out on 24 July via Historic New Jersey.
