Sam Raimi’s *Evil Dead Burn* will begin streaming on HBO Max on 2 October, giving horror fans a new option for their Halloween viewing. Directed by Sébastien Vaniček, the sixth film in the franchise follows a widow whose attempt to reconnect with her late husband’s family becomes a fight for survival when the Deadites attack.

Souheila Yacoub stars as Alice, alongside Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Tandi Wright and others. Released in cinemas on 10 July, the film was produced by Raimi and Robert Tapert, with Bruce Campbell serving as an executive producer; another instalment, *Evil Dead Wrath*, is scheduled for April 2028.
