Satechi’s New Six-Port USB-C Desktop Charger Offers 240W of Power
Satechi has launched the ChargeView 240W Desktop Charger, a six-port USB-C charger designed to power several devices simultaneously from a desk. It is aimed at users with high-demand equipment such as gaming laptops, handheld PCs and smartphones, and includes a display showing each port’s live power draw.
The 240W figure is the charger’s combined output: its first two ports can each provide up to 140W, the next two up to 100W, and the final pair up to 30W. Satechi says it automatically balances power between connected devices and manages heat; the Space Black charger includes a stand and costs $150 in the US.
