Jay-Z staged the second of three concerts at New York's Yankee Stadium, dedicating the night to his 2001 album The Blueprint and bringing out a string of surprise guests. The standout moment saw Eminem join him in the Bronx to perform "Renegade" — their first live rendition of the track together since 2010 — reuniting two of hip-hop's biggest names nearly 25 years after they originally recorded it.

Eminem stayed on to perform his own "Lose Yourself" before Jay-Z closed the Blueprint segment with "Blueprint (Momma Loves Me)". Bronx-born rapper Slick Rick helped open the show with "La Di Da Di", and Pharrell Williams appeared during the encore for the Neptunes-produced "Excuse Me Miss" and "Allure", as well as his own "Frontin'". The run follows a first night celebrating Reasonable Doubt with guests including Beyoncé and Nas, and continues on Sunday with an "Extra Innings" show; the Jay-Z30 Tour then heads to London and Paris in September before a SoFi Stadium date in Los Angeles on 23 October.
