Karol G opened her “Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour” stadium tour at Chicago’s Soldier Field on 24 July with a 27-song, hits-focused concert. The launch matters as it begins the Colombian artist’s latest world tour, combining material from her recent releases with songs that established her as a major urbano and Latin pop performer.

The set began with “LATINA FOREVA” and included several tracks from her latest album, Tropicoqueta, alongside songs from Mañana Será Bonito, including “AMARGURA”. Later highlights included “TQG”, “BICHOTA”, “Tusa” and the closing track “Viajando Por El Mundo”; her new single “Matador”, released that day, was played after the performance. Karol G was due to play a second Chicago date before travelling to Toronto.
