Select Management Group has promoted talent manager Paul Luckenbaugh to the newly created role of Head of Theatrical Talent. The move signals the company’s increased investment in film and television representation as traditional Hollywood and the creator economy become more closely linked.

Luckenbaugh, who joined Select in 2018, will expand the firm’s theatrical expertise while continuing to manage digital and traditional entertainment clients. His roster collectively reaches more than 100 million followers and includes creators and actor-led talent; Select also produces Hulu’s *The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives* and its forthcoming *Orange County* spin-off.
