Serielizados Program: Steven Moffat, Ferran Adrià, and Rodrigo Sorogoyen Bring Star Creator Power to Barcelona
Serielizados will open in Barcelona on 19 October, bringing international and Spanish television creators together for its latest festival. The programme combines premieres and competitions with industry events, as organisers seek to strengthen the festival’s role as a guide to noteworthy series amid an abundance of streaming content.
The opening night features the Catalan premiere of “In Vitro”, a 3Cat and HBO Max co-production about fertility clinics. The festival includes six international series in competition and four Spanish titles, including the world premiere of “Celeste 2”. Its industry programme expects more than 300 delegates and includes an international pitch featuring 11 projects; co-founder Betu Martínez Molero says earlier pitch participants have already secured financing and moved into production.
