Shakira and Burna Boy's World Cup anthem "Dai Dai" has posted its strongest streaming day yet, boosted by the pair's halftime performance at the tournament final on 19 July at MetLife Stadium, where Spain beat Argentina 1-0. The surge shows the song's staying power even after the six-week tournament concluded, with fans either revisiting it or discovering it for the first time via the broadcast, and it also pushed the track to a new peak on the Billboard Hot 100.

The song drew nearly 2.2 million official US on-demand streams on the Monday after the final, a 65% jump on the day before the match and an 84% rise on its opening-ceremony debut in June, according to Luminate. Other halftime performers also benefited, with Justin Bieber's "Everything Hallelujah" up 161% and BTS's "Dynamite" up 74%, while "Dai Dai" climbed to a new high of No. 42 on the Hot 100, just outside the top 40, with a first appearance in the top 40 considered likely next week.
