Shameless squatters move into Bay Area home of MURDER victim

Daily Mail · 1 hour ago

Squatters have reportedly moved into a San Francisco Bay Area property owned by Przemyslaw Jeziorski, a UC Berkeley professor who was murdered in Greece last year, according to the lawyer representing his family. The case matters because it compounds the ordeal facing Jeziorski's surviving relatives, who are already caring for his orphaned twin children while attempting to manage the properties he left behind.

Jeziorski, 43, was shot dead by a masked gunman in Athens on 4 July 2025 in what his family link to a custody dispute with his ex-wife, Konstantina Nadia Michelidaki, whom they accused of masterminding the killing. Her then-boyfriend Christos Dounias confessed to being the shooter, and five people in total were arrested over the alleged plot. Michelidaki, who denied involvement, was found dead in her Greek prison cell in an apparent suicide on 4 June 2026. The couple had jointly owned several properties, including a Berkeley home on Marin Avenue rented out as an Airbnb; after neighbours reported a suspected burglary in December 2025, squatters are said to have occupied the property.
