Shaquille O'Neal has executive produced his first true crime series, "Game Day Murders," a six-part documentary for Investigation Discovery (ID) that revisits notable murder cases involving figures from the sports world. The series premiered on 27 July 2026 and will air weekly, marking O'Neal's move into true crime programming as he continues to broaden his media production ventures.

Episodes air on ID every Monday at 10pm ET/PT for six consecutive weeks, running until 31 August, with instalments covering the deaths of Patrick Dennehy, Mike Danton (as a case subject), Lorenzen Wright, Troy Causey, Dernell Stenson and Sean Taylor. Viewers without cable can watch live via streaming services carrying ID, including DirecTV, Philo, Sling and Hulu + Live TV, several of which offer free trial periods, while episodes are also being made available on demand via HBO Max, though without a free trial option.
