Sharon Levy is departing Endemol Shine North America (ESNA) after nearly a decade as Chief Executive, with her exit taking effect as Banijay and All3Media's recent merger reshuffles leadership across the division. Levy will begin a new role in early 2027, though her destination remains unclear—industry sources suggest either a rival production company or a venture into the creator economy. Her departure marks a significant transition at the production company following Ben Samek's appointment as CEO of Banijay Americas, which oversees ESNA.

Levy joined the company in August 2017 as President of Unscripted and Scripted Television, was promoted to Chief Content Officer in September 2020, and ascended to Chief Executive in January 2023. During her tenure, she oversaw Emmy-winning productions including the Netflix miniseries Ripley (which received 14 nominations and won four awards), alongside major reality format reboots such as Fear Factor: House of Fear (recently renewed for a second season at Fox), Deal or No Deal Island (which ran for two seasons on NBC), Extreme Makeover: Home Edition at ABC, Lego Masters for Fox, and The Summit for CBS.
