🔎 Sheffield ·

Sheffield-based digital infrastructure firm ASK4 has acquired Irish hospitality-technology provider IMS connect, expanding into long-stay hospitality and serviced living. The deal gives ASK4 stronger capabilities in managed Wi-Fi and guest technology, while reinforcing its presence in Ireland and other European markets.

IMS connect, founded in Limerick, supplies connectivity, smart TVs, IPTV, digital signage and energy-management tools to hotels and serviced accommodation, with clients including Staycity, Dalata and EDYN. ASK4 operates in 13 markets and is backed by GI Partners; the acquisition follows its purchases of ClearFibre, mywire and Parcel SafePlace in 2025. IMS connect’s leadership team will remain, with services initially trading as IMS connect by ASK4.
