Using a deceptive username and falsely claiming to be younger, he initiated inappropriate conversations with what he believed to be a 13-year-old girl, discussing explicit matters and requesting images. The recipient was an undercover police officer conducting an investigation.

The conviction revealed a longer pattern of child exploitation spanning several years. Evidence from seized devices showed he possessed hundreds of illegal images across varying severity categories, along with extreme pornographic content.
