Slow Horses is a British spy drama based on Mick Herron’s novels. It follows agents at Slough House, a workplace for intelligence officers who have made mistakes or fallen out of favour, and their boss, Jackson Lamb. The team still becomes involved in dangerous cases, despite its low status within the intelligence service.
Kyle Soller plays Jim, an assassin in Season 6, which also features River Cartwright and Sid Baker, agents drawn into the danger around him. Soller’s interview discusses how he and MyAnna Buring developed the relationship between Jim and Jane, as well as a fight between Jim and Coe, played by Tom Brooke. These character relationships and conflicts add context to the series’ portrayal of people working within a world of orders, loyalties and personal choices.
