Sony’s New Hello Kitty Headphones Come With an Ultra-Chic Carrying Case That Deserves Its Own Spotlight
Sony and Sanrio have launched a limited-edition Hello Kitty headphone collection, pairing three existing Sony models with themed accessories. The collaboration gives the headphones a fashion angle, particularly through a distinctive carrying case, and offers fans a seasonal gift option.
The collection includes the WH-CH530, WH-CH730N and WH-1000XM6, in black or pink, with a black tote and clip-on Hello Kitty case supplied with each pair. The models differ in noise control and battery life: the WH-CH530 lasts up to 55 hours, the WH-CH730N up to 50 hours with noise cancellation on or 75 with it off, and the WH-1000XM6 up to 30 hours. Preorders are open ahead of a planned release before the holidays; the pink WH-1000XM6 was sold out at the time of publication.
