Space Afrika, the Manchester and Berlin-based musical partnership of Joshua Tarelle Reid and Joshua Inyang, has unveiled their latest single 'MLN', a collaborative composition featuring British-Nigerian vocalist Tony Njoku. The track draws together musicians across Europe—including guitarist Gabriel Evans, drummer PIKE from London, and Copenhagen-based keyboardist GB—blending intricate guitar passages with orchestral string arrangements. The single exemplifies the duo's commitment to cross-cultural collaboration and artistic co-creation.

The release previews Space Afrika's forthcoming album 'Quiet Storm', due September 25th on Dais Records, marking a deliberate shift in the group's sonic direction. The new material moves away from their earlier industrial-noir framework towards a more emotionally direct and technically sophisticated sound that examines themes of spirituality, personal identity, class, and diaspora. An experimental short film directed by Tony Helal, filmed at Berlin's Musikbrauerei, accompanies the single's release.
