Spanish thrash metal band Angelus Apatrida have signed with Napalm Records, marking a new chapter for the group more than two decades after their formation in 2000. The quartet has become a leading name in international thrash metal, having played major festivals including Wacken Open Air, Hellfest, Graspop Metal Meeting and Download, and the label deal sets the stage for fresh material and continued touring.

To launch the partnership, the band has released "Cycle Of Ruin" as their first single under Napalm Records, alongside an accompanying music video. It previews their upcoming three-track EP "The Reckoning", due out on 19 November, which also features "Burn It Down" and a cover of Sepultura's "Propaganda". The EP was produced by the band, recorded by Juanan López, and mixed and mastered by longtime collaborator Zeuss, with the band describing the record as aggressive, heavy and uncompromising.
