SpiritVale class tier list: Best ones to use
Destructoid has published a tier list ranking the seven base classes available in SpiritVale, an early access game from Baikun Interactive, to help new players choose how to start their adventure. The guide focuses solely on base classes rather than the advanced options that become available later, and grades each one by how easy it is to use effectively and how much reward it offers in return.
Classes are split into three tiers based on ease of use and power. Warrior and Summoner top the S-tier as strong, forgiving choices, while Mage, Knight and Rogue sit in A-tier, offering solid performance but requiring more skill to master. Scout and Acolyte fall into B-tier, both considered fragile or situational and requiring extra effort to use well.
– Warrior (S-tier): simple, aggressive melee class with high damage and low risk
– Summoner (S-tier): strong backline pick, especially for solo players, improved further by the Necromancer unlock
– Mage (A-tier): well-balanced with good area damage, but must keep distance from enemies
– Knight (A-tier): balanced beginner-friendly option, leads into the useful Paladin advanced class
– Rogue (A-tier): high damage potential but unforgiving, not recommended for beginners
– Scout (B-tier): fragile ranged class with low early damage; Mage suggested as an alternative
– Acolyte (B-tier): the only healing support class, but not suited to all playstyles
- Destructoid ranks SpiritVale's seven early access classes into three tiers.
- Warrior and Summoner are rated the strongest, most beginner-friendly S-tier picks.
- Scout and Acolyte rank lowest, seen as fragile or situational choices.
