The Spotify Status account acknowledged the issue on X shortly after 3pm ET, stating it was aware of problems with the web page and investigating them. An earlier outage that morning had reportedly been fixed within about an hour of reports emerging, but as of the latest update, Spotify had not confirmed a resolution for this second incident, with users continuing to report issues on Downdetector.
