Star of cult MTV show Dirty Sanchez Mike Locke dies aged 47

Mike Locke, known to viewers of MTV’s *Dirty Sanchez* as Pancho, has died aged 47. The Welsh stuntman helped launch the show in 2003, and his death was announced by the clothing brand San Portablo, which he co-founded.

The series ran for four seasons and was known for dangerous stunts and pranks, earning comparisons to *Jackass*. Locke appeared with Matthew Pritchard, Lee Dainton and Dan Joyce, and he and Pritchard also featured as the “Pain Men” on Channel 4’s *Balls of Steel*. Tributes from his family and comedian Sando Ford remembered his humour, loyalty and support for others.
