STAR WARS Zero Company, Bit Reactor's single-player turn-based tactics game, is now confirmed to launch on PC and consoles worldwide on Thursday, 27 August, with a countdown to release just over a day away at time of writing. The developers do not expect any last-minute changes to the timing, though updates would follow if the schedule shifted. The release places the game firmly within reach for fans awaiting a new strategic take on the Star Wars universe, set during the twilight of the Clone Wars.

Players take command of Hawks, a former Republic officer leading the newly formed Zero Company, recruiting operatives from across the galaxy for a range of missions, investigations and operations that require adapting strategy as encounters unfold. Squads can be built from operators with different archetypes and skills, allowing commanders to balance their unit against varied threats, with deployment together unlocking combat synergies that can influence battle outcomes. No demo is currently available, but the game can be wishlisted on Steam ahead of launch.
