Fleetwood Mac is a British-American rock band whose best-known line-up included Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood, Lindsey Buckingham, Christine McVie and John McVie. The group became hugely successful in the 1970s, particularly with its 1977 album Rumours, which drew on personal relationships and break-ups within the band.
Nicks wrote “Silver Springs” during her relationship with Buckingham, but the song was left off Rumours and released on the back of another single.
