Stoic To Launch AFM Sales On Holiday Comedy ‘Unbearable Christmas’ With Alex Moffat, Julia Stiles, David Cross

Stoic has acquired international sales rights, excluding North America, for the holiday comedy *Unbearable Christmas*. It will begin offering the film to buyers at the upcoming American Film Market in Los Angeles, following Vertical’s acquisition of North American rights for a wide release this holiday season.

Alex Moffat, Julia Stiles, David Cross and Caroline Rhea star alongside Mena Suvari and Stephen Root. The film follows an out-of-work weatherman who tries to retrieve a family teddy bear he pawned, only for the family to discover it may be a valuable Teddy Roosevelt antique worth millions. Kevin Cate makes his feature directorial debut; a streaming deal is expected to be announced soon.
