Welsh musician Alex Stephens, who performs as Strawberry Guy, has announced his second album, "Give Me A Dream", due for release on 23 October via AWAL. It marks his first full-length record in five years and follows a run of recent singles, with the artist describing a diaristic songwriting approach drawn from processing difficult personal relationships and emotions.

The album was recorded at Sonic Ranch studios in Texas and mastered by Grammy-winning engineer Matt Colton, whose credits include Arctic Monkeys, Little Simz, Tame Impala and Wet Leg. It follows the singles "I'll Never Feel That Young Again" and the newly released "Love Me Like You Used To", the video for which stars Sadie Sandler. Strawberry Guy will also tour live in September, including a headline show at London's Scala on 20 September.
