‘Street Fighter’s Orville Peck Tried To “Orchestrate” Kylie Minogue Cameo: “Guys, I Can Text Her”

Orville Peck tried to arrange a cameo for Kylie Minogue in the latest Street Fighter film, but scheduling conflicts prevented her from appearing. The effort matters because Minogue played Cammy in the 1994 adaptation and had been enthusiastic about Peck joining the new film.

Peck, who plays Vega, said he could contact Minogue directly and that she was keen to take part. She told him making the original film was one of the most fun experiences of her life; Peck is still hoping to arrange a meeting between her and Mel Jarnson, who plays Cammy in the new adaptation, and suggested a sequel could offer another chance.
