‘Stuff The British Stole’ Producer WildBear Entertainment Reshuffles Top Team To “Get Ahead” Of Industry Transformation
Australian factual producer WildBear Entertainment has reorganised its senior management team to respond to major changes in the entertainment industry and support future growth. Co-founder Michael Tear will remain CEO, while co-founder Serge Ou becomes Head of Creative Services and Alan Erson takes the newly created role of Managing Director of Premium Television.
The eight-member leadership team also includes Craig Meade as Head of International TV and Harriet Pike as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, alongside finance and production executives. WildBear, which has operated for more than 40 years, employs around 100 people across Australia and New Zealand and produces approximately 150 hours of content annually; the reshuffle is intended to strengthen international expansion, partnerships and the commercial value of its rights and services.
