Hailee Steinfeld is voicing Billie Doe, the lead character in Disney Animation’s upcoming film *Hexed*, which is due out at Thanksgiving. She described joining an original Disney animated film as a dream come true; the project also spanned a major period in her life, as she began recording while pregnant and finished after her daughter was born.

The story follows a rebellious teenager who discovers she is a witch, and is framed as a coming-of-age tale about self-discovery and using her powers for good. Steinfeld also spoke on *The Tonight Show* about working on *Sinners*, which received a record 16 Oscar nominations and won four awards, and declined to confirm rumours that she will appear in *Avengers: Doomsday*, saying, “Time will tell.”
