Sundance 2027 In Boulder Unveils Legacy Lineup With ‘Better Luck Tomorrow’, ‘Memento’, ‘Y Tu Mamá También’ & More

The 2027 Sundance Film Festival has announced its first programme for its inaugural edition in Boulder, Colorado: the Legacy Program, featuring archival and restored films that first appeared at the festival. The screenings highlight Sundance’s history as the event moves to a new home, and Letterboxd will co-present the programme.

The lineup includes anniversary screenings of *Real Women Have Curves*, *Swoon* and *Y tu mamá también*, as well as restored versions of *Dogtown and Z-Boys* and *Better Luck Tomorrow*. A two-part session will pair a 4K restoration of *Memento* with a discussion. The Boulder festival runs from 21 to 31 January 2027, with Legacy screenings from 27 to 31 January and an online programme from 28 to 31 January.
