The British indie feature "Sunny Dancer", a coming-of-age comedy about teenage cancer survivors starring Bella Ramsey, has been sold globally, with Quiver acquiring North American rights and planning a theatrical release. The film, directed by George Jaques and previously well received at the Berlinale, features an ensemble cast including Neil Patrick Harris, Jessica Gunning and James Norton, and marks a notable international breakout for the production after strong interest at the Cannes market in 2024.

Sales were overseen by Embankment Films, with additional territory deals covering Australia and New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, Latin America, Scandinavia and several other markets. Shot in Scotland, the story follows 17-year-old cancer survivor Ivy as she reluctantly attends a summer camp for young people in remission. The film is set for a UK theatrical release via True Brit Entertainment on 14 August, with Quiver's US release to follow.
