Sure seems like Fenix Flexin used AI music generator Treblo

The Verge · 3 hours ago

AI music company Treblo has released an open-source detection tool that appears to confirm suspicions that rapper Fenix Flexin's song "Rubberz" was generated using its AI model, rather than performed and recorded conventionally as he has claimed. This adds fresh weight to allegations that have been dogging Fenix, whose track reached the Billboard Hot 100, and marks the first time an AI music generator's own tools have been used to scrutinise a chart hit in this way.

The Treblo AI Music Classifier, announced on Monday, flags whether a song was made with Treblo specifically and has a claimed false positive rate of under 1 in 1,000. It rated "Rubberz" as "very likely Treblo" with "high confidence," prompting Treblo's CEO to suggest it may be the first AI-generated song to reach the Hot 100. Fenix continues to deny using AI, posting low-quality clips he says show his recording session's project files, but fellow musician Medasin has alleged these were faked using an AI stem separator; Fenix did not respond to a request for comment.
