A suspect wanted in connection with a fatal home invasion in a coastal Connecticut beach town has been arrested in New York after a two-month manhunt. The arrest, made by US Marshals, brings a measure of resolution to a violent crime that had unsettled the seaside community where it took place.

Ivan Barias-Florimon, 24, was captured in the Bronx by the US Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force following an investigation spanning roughly two months. He has been charged with murder in connection with the deadly break-in, which occurred in Milford, Connecticut.
