SWFC News: Recent Wednesday trialist turns out for Peterborough in pre-season fixture – thestar.co.uk

A recent Sheffield Wednesday trialist appeared for Peterborough United in a pre-season match, rather than continuing to feature with Wednesday. The development may indicate that the player’s prospects of joining Wednesday are uncertain, though it does not confirm a decision by either club.

The report identifies the player only as a recent Wednesday trialist and does not state that a transfer has been agreed. The appearance came during pre-season, when clubs commonly assess trialists and squad options ahead of the new campaign.
