Tara Long, President of Global Unscripted Television at Blink49 Studios, has been promoted to also oversee the company's new ventures, including its creator studios, brand studio and vertical content division. She takes on the expanded title of President, Global Unscripted Television and Studio Ventures, reflecting her growing influence at the production company behind E!'s upcoming reality series The Golden Life, which features several Real Housewives of New York alumnae.

Long joined Blink49 in January 2024 from eOne and has since overseen shows including WeTV's The Braxtons and Amazon's Romcon: Who The F**k Is Jason Porter?, as well as leading the acquisition of Lighthearted Entertainment, maker of MTV's Are You The One?. Her remit now also covers Blink49's brand studio, launched last year for brand-funded projects such as the Uber Eats-backed micro-drama Murder at the Mansion, and its Creator Studios division, which includes a forthcoming documentary on the New York Knicks' championship run directed by Travon Free. Blink49 CEO John Morayniss praised Long's ability to "see where the industry is heading and identify new opportunities" in announcing the promotion.
