Taylor Sheridan’s Hit Series Is Officially Not Returning in 2026

The third season of *Landman*, Taylor Sheridan’s oil drama starring Billy Bob Thornton and Ali Larter, will not arrive in 2026. The delay matters to viewers who expected a new season later this year after the first two seasons were released about a year apart.

Production was initially due to start earlier this year, then moved to September, making a 2026 release impractical, according to the article. The series is now expected to begin streaming sometime in 2027; the article gives no more precise release date.
