Court documents reportedly show that the divorce settlement divided the proceeds from the sale of the couple’s home, with Nicholas receiving two vehicles and Brittany retaining personal belongings. Nicholas was granted sole legal custody while Brittany is incarcerated, though the reported agreement says she would regain custody upon release without further stated restrictions; she faces 47 charges, including 15 counts of child molestation and 14 counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, following an investigation that began in August 2024.
