Tegan and Sara Release New Holiday Songs “I Love Christmas” and “A December to Remember”: Stream

Tegan and Sara have released two holiday singles, “I Love Christmas” and “A December to Remember”, with contrasting takes on the season. The songs arrive alongside Tegan Quin’s debut middle-grade novel, Merry Christmess, and add to the duo’s recent return to releasing new music.

“I Love Christmas” offers seasonal cheer for listeners who may not share the enthusiasm, while “A December to Remember” is more reflective and expresses gratitude to people who make the holidays memorable. Quin said she has three Christmas trees and watches a Christmas film every day in December, though she tends to prefer the anticipation of Christmas itself. The duo released “Our Year” earlier this year, their first new song since 2022, and are set to tour with Hilary Duff in 2027.
