Footage released by the Kherson Regional Military Administration shows a 52-year-old man being tracked through the market by the drone shortly before it exploded beside him, leaving him injured. The video has drawn renewed international attention to the pattern of drone strikes against civilians in Kherson, a city that has repeatedly reported such attacks since Russian forces were pushed back across the Dnipro River, with Ukrainian authorities framing the incident as part of a wider, deliberate campaign against non-combatants.
