Twelve streets ranked as primary concern zones, each recording between 6 and 8 reported incidents during the study period. These locations ranged from central areas such as Leopold Street and East Parade to residential zones including Adrian Crescent in Parson Cross and Thames Avenue in Heeley, indicating that serious crime was geographically dispersed across multiple neighbourhoods rather than concentrated in a single area.
