Standout figures include the Altman brothers and Jacob Greene, who recorded over $1 billion in sales between July 2025 and July 2026, including a record-breaking $25 million Encino mansion sale. Christie's agent Ambuehl reported $355.9 million in yearly sales, including deals tied to Michelle Pfeiffer and Kevin Nealon, while Malibu specialist Cortazzo logged $815 million in sales amid the area's post-fire recovery. Other notable transactions included Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff's $8.15 million Malibu beach house purchase, and Anthony Davis's $32 million Bel-Air home sale, with brokers citing both continued high-end demand and sellers needing to adjust expectations to a cooler market.
